Who is responsible for your data

Villa Beba, Ul. Stjepana Radića 10, 10294 Hrebine, Croatia, email info.villabeba@gmail.com, is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website.

What we collect and why

Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, travel dates, number of guests and anything else you choose to write (phone number, occasion, message, pets, how you heard about us). We use this only to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to arrange your stay. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your enquiry reaches us by email, and you receive an automatic copy at the address you gave.

Spam protection. To keep the form free of spam, it is checked with Cloudflare Turnstile when you fill it in. Turnstile looks at technical data from your browser, such as your IP address, and is not used for advertising. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Email and phone. If you contact us directly, we use your details only to reply to you.

Statistics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website. Google Analytics is only loaded after you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google may process data outside the EU on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Film. The film on the home page comes from YouTube (Google) in privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click “Watch the film”; from then on, YouTube’s privacy policy applies.

Hosting. The website is hosted by our hosting provider, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the website securely.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and, if you book, for as long as required by Croatian tax and tourism regulations. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info.villabeba@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian data protection authority, Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), www.azop.hr.
